About the Journal

International Journal of Food Innovation and Sustainability (IJOFIS) is an international peer-reviewed journal of the Food Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University publishing two issues per year. The aim of the IJOFIS is to contribute to the scientific literature and industry with original, experimental and theoretical publications related to innovation and sustainability concepts in the field of food science and technology with interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies. There is no charge for article publication in IJOFIS.
